We are truly in unprecedented times. The outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting people, cities, communities and countries around the world and temporarily changing the way we live and work. We are continuing to stay abreast of the events, knowing that the situation is very fluid, and we will take action as needed.

For over 160 years, our top priority has always been and continues to be the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities. The magnitude of this crisis calls upon each of us to do our part to help decrease the spread of the virus.

We have implemented preparedness plans at each of our locations to ensure that our operations continue to run as smoothly as possible during this time. As we work to ensure business continuity, we remain committed to keeping our employees safe while supporting our customers.

During this critical time, we are working to ensure that our customers have the vital infrastructure and emergency repair products required to continue delivering clean, safe, drinking water to communities across the world.

At this time all of our manufacturing facilities are operational. We have changed the way we work at our plant and warehouse locations by implementing work procedures that support social distancing and increasing the frequency of sanitation at our facilities, helping to keep our teams safe while at work. All domestic and international travel has been restricted and we have transitioned to a work from home policy for employees at our office locations. We are also encouraging employees to leverage digital channels to stay connected with our customers and channel partners.
